Cancellation Policy

Reservation Cancellation Rules

100% of the prepayment amount will be refunded to the customer for the reservation canceled 48 hours before the pick-up time.

If the reservation is canceled less than 48 hours from the pick-up time, it will be considered a “Non-Use” status and no refund will be made.

Status of Not Using the Reservation
If the customer or the lessor does not receive the reservation after making a reservation, it is called "Not Using the Reservation" and the amount paid when the vehicle was reserved is not refunded.

Cancellation at the Rental Office
Cancellations made at the last minute will be considered a “No-Booking” situation and will not be refunded.

Changes to the Rental Office
You can request a larger/smaller or different model vehicle at the rental office, however, the supplier reserves the right not to make last-minute changes, depending on the availability of the requested vehicles. Additional fees may apply for changes and must be paid at the rental office if the supplier accepts the changes.

Cancellation Protection

 

You can now increase your free cancellation right from 48 hours to 2 hours before you pick up the vehicle. This allows you to organize your itinerary without the stress of last minute or sudden changes.

 

No-Show

Rental point employees may (for example) refuse to give you the car if:

  • If you don't arrive on time,
  • If you are not eligible to rent the car,
  • If you do not have the documents you need,
  • If the main driver does not have a credit card issued in their name with sufficient funds to deposit the car.

In such cases, please call us at the rental point to cancel your reservation; We will refund the remaining amount after deducting the 3-day cost of your rental. Otherwise, you will not be entitled to a refund.

 

Changes to your reservation

 

You can make changes to your reservation at any time 48 hours before your car pick-up time.

In most cases, the easiest way to make changes is from our website (under “Manage booking”).

No administration fees are charged to change your reservation, but any changes you make may affect the rental price. Sometimes the only way to change a reservation is to cancel and make another reservation. In such cases, we may charge you a cancellation fee on behalf of the rental company.

We will notify you in advance if the price will change when the reservation is changed, or if a cancellation fee will be required.

If We Make Changes To Your Reservation

Sometimes changes to your reservation (after acceptance) may be required by us or the car rental company. In such cases, we will notify you as soon as reasonably possible prior to vehicle pick-up time, and if you find the proposed changes unacceptable, we will offer you a full refund. However, we do not assume any additional liability for any direct or indirect damage you may experience as a result of such changes.

Procurement of Vehicles

Car rental companies reserve the right to refuse to rent a car to people who are deemed unfit to drive or who do not meet the eligibility requirements. In such event, we will not be responsible for completing travel arrangements, refunds, compensation or any other costs you may incur.

 

Complaints

If you are not satisfied with the rental service, please contact our Customer Service Team and let us know as soon as possible but at least 3 months after you deliver the vehicle. If this process is not performed at the time of vehicle delivery, it will be difficult for us to evaluate the requests regarding your car rental. Although you have entered into a contract with the car rental company when you rent a car, in case of a problem, we try to help you by contacting the car rental company on your behalf.
